Congratulations to our client LDC on completing their investment in Nu-Style Products, a leading UK supplier of high-quality laminate wall panels based in Scotland. Nu-Style operates a merchant-led distribution model, supplying builders' and plumbers' merchants across the UK for both private and public sector projects.
Coppett Hill provided Go-To-Market due diligence (GTM DD) support to LDC prior to completion of their investment in Nu-Style. We delivered an appraisal of Nu-Style's go-to-market maturity, a review of the sales and account management structure, an assessment of the business plan and growth forecasts, and recommendations for post-investment value creation.
