Coppett Hill supports LDC on two Rainmaker Award winning deals

Congratulations to our client LDC on a double win at the West Midlands Rainmaker Awards, taking home both Out of Region Deal of the Year and Medium Deal of the Year. Coppett Hill is proud to have supported LDC with both investments.

LDC won the awards for its investments in Frankham Group, one of the UK's leading multidisciplinary consultancies for the built environment and Harper James, an award winning full-service law firm supporting startups, scale-ups, and SMEs.

Coppett Hill provided go-to-market due diligence (GTM DD) support on both transactions, including an appraisal of go-to-market maturity, an assessment of the business plan, and recommendations for post-investment value creation.
