Coppett Hill provides go-to-market due diligence to support Phoenix Equity's investment in Minerva Virtual Academy

Congratulations to our client Phoenix Equity for completing their investment in Minerva Virtual Academy (MVA), the fastest growing school in the UK. MVA provides education to more than 1,500 pupils across 60 countries, delivering a flexible British curriculum education through MVA’s Virtual Learning Platform including live teacher-led lessons.

Coppett Hill provided Go-To-Market due diligence (GTM DD) support to Phoenix Equity prior to completion of their investment in Minerva Virtual Academy. This included an appraisal of MVA's current go-to-market maturity (across strategy, demand generation and admissions), an assessment of the growth opportunities, and a detailed analysis of the search marketing headroom and the competitive landscape. Our work also included recommendations for post-investment value creation across the full GTM funnel.
